We're hiring on behalf of our client โ a platform company that unites 7 product verticals and 30+ AI-first products, with over 100 million users and its own ecosystem of analytics, payment, and marketing solutions. Its products are global leaders in the utilities, lifestyle, and health & fitness niches, including top-ranked App Store products used by communities of hundreds of millions of people.
We're looking for a senior-level IFRS professional to own the Group's consolidated reporting and serve as a key point of expertise on technical accounting matters across the Group โ someone who has independently prepared IFRS financial statements, handled complex and non-standard transactions, and is ready to lead the Group audit process rather than simply support it.
Who we need
Hard skills
- English: B2 or higher.
- Excel: Advanced.
- Practical experience with ERP systems: understanding financial reports (BS, P&L, General Ledger), the process of information entry (bills, payments, manual journals), ability to analyse and validate data extracted from ERP systems, and experience with ERP/consolidation modules (consolidation adjustments, multi-entity reporting).
- Solid understanding of financial statement preparation (BS, P&L, Cash Flow, Equity).
- Strong practical knowledge of IFRS, incl. complex, non-routine transactions.
- Experience preparing Group consolidated financial statements and related disclosures.
- Strong understanding of consolidation principles: intercompany eliminations, FX translation, consolidation adjustments.
- Practical experience with revenue recognition under IFRS 15.
- ACCA, DipIFR or similar certification (completed or in progress).
Nice to have
- Experience using AI tools for accounting research, IFRS analysis and reporting process optimisation.
- Exposure to process automation and reporting optimisation initiatives.

- Analytical thinking and sound professional judgement in complex IFRS matters.
- Strong organisational and time-management skills under multiple deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in accounting documentation and financial statements.
- Ownership of complex accounting matters from assessment through to final documentation.
- Clear communication of complex IFRS matters to Reporting Accountants, auditors and non-finance stakeholders.
- Continuous-improvement mindset, driving improvements in accounting methodologies and reporting processes.
What you need to do
- Preparation of the Group consolidated financial statements and related IFRS disclosures.
- Assessment and documentation of accounting treatment for complex, unusual and non-standard transactions in accordance with IFRS.
- Development, implementation and maintenance of Group accounting manuals, reporting instructions and IFRS methodologies.
- Leading the preparation of the Group audit package, coordinating audit requests and supporting external auditors throughout the Group audit process.
- Supporting Reporting Accountants in resolving complex IFRS matters arising during month-end, year-end and statutory reporting processes.
- Review of IFRS financial statements and disclosures prepared by Reporting Accountants to ensure consistency with Group accounting policies and IFRS requirements for smoothly audit proces.
- Support of the Group consolidation process, including consolidation adjustments, intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation and consolidation reconciliations.
- Monitoring new IFRS standards and regulatory developments, assessing their impact on the Group and implementing required accounting changes.
- Participation in automation, standardisation and optimisation of financial reporting, consolidation and technical accounting processes across the Group.
