Affiliate Hunter

About the Role
 

We are looking for a proactive and result-driven Affiliate Hunter to identify, approach, and attract new affiliate partners across Africa, Asia, and CIS markets.

The main focus of this role is active partner acquisition: finding new affiliates, establishing initial contact, presenting our product and cooperation models, and converting prospects into active partners.
 

Responsibilities

• Actively search for new affiliate partners across Africa, Asia, and CIS.
• Identify potential partners through Telegram, LinkedIn, affiliate communities, conferences, competitor research, and other channels.
• Conduct cold outreach and establish initial contact with potential affiliates.
• Present the product and available cooperation models to partners.
• Qualify potential affiliates based on GEO, traffic sources, volumes, and traffic quality.
• Negotiate initial commercial terms: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and Fixed.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective partners.
• Follow up with prospects and convert them into active affiliates.
• Transfer successfully onboarded partners to Affiliate Managers for further development when required.
• Research competitors, new traffic sources, and potential partnership opportunities.
• Maintain accurate reporting on outreach, negotiations, and partner acquisition.

Requirements

• Experience in iGaming / Gambling Affiliate Marketing is mandatory.
• Experience working with at least one of the following regions: Africa, Asia, or CIS.
• Proven experience in affiliate hunting, business development, sales, or active partner acquisition.
• Understanding of CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and Fixed cooperation models.
• Good understanding of affiliate traffic sources and basic iGaming metrics.
• Strong communication, outreach, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work with cold leads and proactively build new relationships.
• Result-oriented and persistent approach to partner acquisition.
• English at Intermediate level or higher for international markets.

Nice to Have

• Existing network of iGaming affiliates.
• Experience working with multiple GEOs.
• Experience with Telegram and other affiliate communities.
• Knowledge of affiliate platforms and tracking systems.
• Experience attending or networking at iGaming / affiliate conferences.

• Build a consistent pipeline of new affiliate prospects.
• Generate qualified partner leads across assigned GEOs.
• Convert prospects into active affiliate partners.
• Increase the number of new active partners on a monthly basis.
• Continuously expand the company's affiliate network across Africa, Asia, and CIS.
