Junior Affiliate Manager

About the Role
 

We are looking for a motivated Junior Affiliate Manager to join our iGaming affiliate team and work with partners across Africa, Asia, and CIS markets.

This role is a great opportunity for someone with initial affiliate experience who wants to grow within iGaming, develop a strong partner network, and gain hands-on experience with international markets.
 

Responsibilities

• Search for and attract new affiliate partners across Africa, Asia, and CIS.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing partners.
• Support partner onboarding and help with day-to-day communication.
• Negotiate basic cooperation terms under CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, and Fixed models.
• Monitor partner performance and traffic quality.
• Track key results such as FTDs, deposits, conversions, and NGR.
• Prepare regular reports on partner activity and performance.
• Work closely with the Affiliate Team Lead and other Affiliate Managers.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Content, and Design teams when needed.
• Research new traffic sources, partners, and market opportunities.

Requirements

• 6+ months of experience in Affiliate Marketing within iGaming / Gambling.
• Practical experience with at least one of the following regions: Africa, Asia, or CIS.
• Basic understanding of affiliate models: CPA, RevShare, Hybrid, Fixed.
• Understanding of key affiliate metrics such as FTD, CR, deposits, NGR, and ROI.
• Experience communicating and negotiating with affiliate partners.
• Ability and willingness to actively search for new partners.
• English at Intermediate level or higher for international markets.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Result-oriented mindset and willingness to learn and grow.

Nice to Have

• Existing affiliate contacts or partner network.
• Experience with affiliate platforms and tracking systems.
• Experience with BetB2B or similar iGaming platforms.
• Basic understanding of traffic quality and affiliate fraud.
• Experience working with multiple GEOs.

Key Objectives

• Build a pipeline of new potential affiliate partners.
• Successfully onboard and activate new partners.
• Develop long-term relationships with active affiliates.
• Generate quality traffic and contribute to FTD, deposit, and revenue targets.
• Gradually build expertise and a strong affiliate network within assigned GEOs.
