Middle Project Manager — Magento

IT Delight is looking for a Middle Project Manager to join our team and work on international Magento / E-commerce projects.

IT Delight is an e-commerce development company founded in 2012. We are a team of 70+ specialists working with clients worldwide.

We are Magento, Shopware, Adobe and Hyvä partners and collaborate with Gold Magento Partners in the USA, UK and Germany.

What you’ll do

• Manage the full project lifecycle — from planning and budgeting to release;
• Plan workload, timelines and allocate resources;
• Organize and coordinate development teams;
• Prepare delivery plans, estimates and project budgets;
• Monitor project progress, identify and manage risks;
• Communicate with clients, the development team and company management;
• Prepare tasks and user stories for the team;
• Participate in pre-sales: estimations and commercial proposals;
• Manage several projects simultaneously.

What we’re looking for

• 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager;
• Experience managing Magento / E-commerce projects;
• Strong project planning and resource management skills;
• Ability to communicate confidently with clients and make project-related decisions;
• Experience managing projects from planning to release;
• Advanced English;
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Would be a plus

• Spoken German;
• Experience with other e-commerce platforms.
