Senior UI\UX Designer

We’re looking for a Senior UI\UX Designer – someone who can turn complex problems into clear, thoughtful product experiences. You’re independent by nature, confident explaining your decisions, and comfortable working closely with BAs and engineers. You’re curious about AI, quick to adopt new tools, and take ownership from the first idea all the way to the released feature.

Requirements: 

• Senior-level product design: discovery, user interviews, usability testing, A/B testing, and turning research into design decisions; 
• Interactive prototyping with AI-assisted design tools, not static mockups only; 
• Produces structured design artefacts that development teams use as specification input (flows, states, edge cases, acceptance-level detail); 
• Strong Figma skills, including components and design systems; 
• SaaS product design experience, ideally data-heavy business applications; 

• Strong spoken and written English for direct work with US stakeholders and users.

   

Would be a plus:

• Commercial real estate or real estate domain familiarity; 
• CRM user interface experience; 
• Design of AI-driven product features (chat, agents, generated content); 
• Experience working with spec-driven or AI-assisted development workflows; 

• Building and maintaining a design system from scratch. 

   

Responsibilities: 

• Own product design for Ascendix IQ and others; 
• Run discovery: user interviews, usability sessions, A/B tests, and turn findings into design decisions; 
• Build interactive prototypes quickly using AI-assisted design tools; 
• Produce design artifacts detailed enough to feed the spec-driven development workflow: flows, screen states, edge cases, and component behavior; 
• Maintain and extend the design system in Figma; 
• Work daily with dev teams from idea to released feature.
