Job Description

• 6+ years of experience in product management or product ownership roles, with a specialized focus on industrial SaaS, digital aftermarket platforms, or enterprise IoT products.
• Proven experience defining product vision, managing multi-phase roadmaps, and executing Agile/Scrum delivery frameworks using Azure DevOps.
• Deep expertise in translating complex business requirements and customer pain points (e.g., equipment downtime, asset predictability, maintenance clustering) into actionable epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Strong technical literacy with the ability to collaborate effectively with Solution Architects and engineering leads across modern cloud stacks (Azure, .NET 8, Angular 19, Snowflake, GenAI).
• Practical experience managing products targeted at diverse personas, including plant maintenance managers, field service technicians, sales reps, and enterprise admins.
• Solid background in eCommerce integrations (Shopify), digital asset twin workflows, and AI-driven diagnostic user interfaces.
  Proven track record of defining business models, GTM strategies, product KPIs, ROI frameworks, and release gating criteria.
• Solid understanding of IT/OT operational landscapes, factory floor workflows (HCSS, marking cell), and telemetry monitoring (FitLive).
• Self-organized personality with strong verbal/written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Job Responsibilities

• Define and communicate the end-to-end product vision, feature roadmap, and release milestones for PJ Fusion in close alignment with business leadership.
• Own, prioritize, and refine the product backlog in Azure DevOps, ensuring continuous delivery of high-value user stories for engineering sprints.
• Engage directly with key stakeholders, direct sales representatives, field service engineers, and customer personas to validate requirements and uncover frontline operational needs.
• Scope product phases, defining MVP feature boundaries for pilot deployments (e.g., HIESA North America Device Management v1) while maintaining alignment with long-term platform convergence goals.
• Collaborate daily with UX designers, Solution Architects, backend developers, frontend leads, and QA teams to clarify requirements and validate build deliverables.
• Define key performance metrics, product adoption KPIs, and ROI frameworks to measure business impact and justify strategic feature investments.
• Drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT), phase gate approval reviews, and customer feedback synthesis to iteratively refine solution capabilities.
• Deliver clear technical and business updates, conduct product demonstrations, and provide guidance across executive leadership, client sponsors, and development squads.

Department/Project Description

Our client is developing an advanced industrial asset intelligence platform engineered to drive digital aftermarket transformation and equipment lifecycle monetization. The system integrates edge hardware telemetry, on-premise production software, cloud data warehouses, and generative AI to deliver a unified real-time asset tracking, service optimization, and aftermarket commerce experience for factory operators, field service engineers, and distributors.
The platform architecture centers on an integrated full-stack solution backed by an Angular 19 frontend, C# .NET 8 microservices, Python FastAPI AI endpoints, Snowflake data warehousing, Azure OpenAI GPT-4 GenAI diagnostic tools, and Shopify eCommerce integration.
The engineering initiative focuses on translating customer pain points into high-value product roadmaps, defining MVP feature scopes for initial releases (v0.5 test release and v1 launch), managing the product backlog in Azure DevOps, aligning technical streams with business ROI goals, and collaborating across HIES C&M direct sales, service teams, and distributor channels to maximize platform adoption
