Senior IT Recruiter

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Senior IT Recruiter to support our growing technical recruitment operations on a part-time basis

In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating highly qualified technology professionals for clients across software, AI, blockchain, and other technology-driven industries.

This position is ideal for recruiters with strong technical hiring experience who are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment while collaborating with international teams and clients.

We are seeking someone with proven expertise in technical recruitment, stakeholder communication, candidate relationship management, and end-to-end hiring processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical and IT-related positions
• Source and engage qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, GitHub, and other recruiting channels
• Screen candidates for technical qualifications, communication skills, and overall role fit
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and client stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs
• Partner with internal teams and clients to understand hiring requirements and recruitment strategies
• Prepare candidate summaries, interview feedback, and recruitment status updates
• Deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT recruitment, technical recruiting, or talent acquisition
• Experience working within staffing agencies, recruitment firms, RPO environments, or fast-paced hiring organizations
• Good understanding of software development roles and modern technology stacks
• Hands-on experience sourcing candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple openings and priorities simultaneously
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work effectively in a remote and internationally distributed environment
