Middle+ Graphic Designer (Slots) - iGaming/Gambling

Employment: Full-time

Salary: $1,300–1,800 net (depending on interview results and experience)

Probation Period: 1 month (salary during probation depends on the candidate's actual range)

About the Project

We're producing marketing and in-game visuals for two products — CCTV and Slots. The work is high-tempo casino-creative production: lots of variations, tight deadlines, multiple formats and channels. We need a designer who thinks with their own head, holds brand consistency across products, and can turn ideas into polished creatives at scale.

Responsibilities

• Create marketing creatives for both products: banners, promos, social media, landing visuals, email/push creatives, and affiliate materials.
• Support in-game graphics: icons, symbols, promo art, CCTV identity, mood/character visuals for slots.
• Prepare promo materials for Retention/Traffic/Affiliate campaigns: fast iterations, variability by segment and GEO, ASO/store assets.
• Maintain brand consistency and visual guides across products; work within a shared design system with UI/UX.
• Prepare assets for multi-GEO and multilingual campaigns, adapting to platform formats.

Requirements (must-have)

• 2D game-art / casino aesthetics, experience with iGaming/gambling creatives.
• 3+ years in graphic/visual design with a strong portfolio (creatives, promo, digital).
• Expert-level Adobe (Photoshop/Illustrator) + Figma; strong composition, typography, and color work.
• Experience with high-volume creative production (many variations, tight deadlines, different formats/channels).
• Attention to detail and brand guidelines; ability to work closely with marketing and product.

Nice to Have

• Motion design (After Effects), animated banners/video creatives.
• Familiarity with ASO, performance creatives (what actually "runs" in paid), basic understanding of creative metrics (CTR/conversion).

Red Flags

• Working ONLY through AI (inability to think independently), attempts to deceive, arrogance, inability to work in a team.
