Operations Delivery Manager

We are looking for an experienced Operations Delivery Manager who can introduce structure and predictability into operational delivery. You'll design and implement a scalable framework for managing tasks and projects across multiple operational teams, establish sprint-based execution, prioritization, and backlog management, and drive cross-functional delivery. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience implementing delivery methodologies in fast-paced environments who enjoys building processes, leading change, and continuously improving the way teams collaborate and execute.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• Audit existing operational processes, team capacity, and resource allocation together with the Head of Operations.
• Design and implement a scalable delivery framework for operational teams, including sprint planning, backlog management, prioritization, roles, ceremonies, and delivery processes.
• Select, configure, and optimize tools such as Jira and Notion to support the delivery framework.
• Define resource requirements, identify capability gaps, and contribute to workforce planning.
• Present the proposed framework, implementation roadmap, timelines, and resource requirements to the Head of Operations.
• Adapt and roll out the framework across multiple operational departments, taking into account each team's specific workflows and needs.
• Train and support department Heads and Team Leads in adopting new ways of working.
• Facilitate sprint ceremonies, delivery planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives, and regular cross-functional syncs.
• Own and prioritize the cross-functional backlog in collaboration with the Head of Operations and department Heads.
• Coordinate cross-department dependencies and resolve delivery bottlenecks and priority conflicts.
• Support operational transformation initiatives, including CRM and communication platform migrations, AI implementation, and other process improvement projects.
• Establish documentation standards, including SOPs, knowledge bases, and process documentation as part of delivery implementation.
• Define and monitor delivery performance metrics such as sprint predictability, on-time delivery, backlog aging, workload variance, prioritization transparency, and unplanned work.
• Continuously analyze delivery performance and improve the framework based on data, feedback, and retrospective outcomes.
• Remain the long-term owner of the delivery framework, ensuring consistent execution and continuous improvement across the organization.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• 2–3+ years of experience as an Operations Manager, Delivery Manager, Process Manager, Project Manager, or similar
• Hands-on experience implementing or operating structured delivery frameworks (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, PMO, or proprietary methodologies)
• Experience in iGaming, FinTech, E-commerce, or other high-volume B2B/B2C operational environments
• Experience auditing operational processes and team capacity
• Proven experience implementing sprint-based delivery, backlog management, and prioritization frameworks
• Experience driving organizational change and gaining adoption across multiple teams
• Strong knowledge of Jira, Notion, and similar collaboration tools
• Upper-Intermediate English (B2+) or higher
• Strong systems thinking, stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills

• Experience implementing AI solutions for customer support or operational automation
• Experience building delivery dashboards using Looker Studio, Power BI, or Tableau
• Agile, Scrum, or Kanban certifications
• Technical understanding of APIs, SaaS integrations, CRM systems, and AI tools
