Talent Sourcer

We are looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our team!

Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a Talent Sourcer or in a similar role;

- Experience in iGaming;

- Experience with non-tech or traffic vacancies - marketing, retention, affiliate management, media buying, SEO, etc.;

- Understanding of candidate sourcing principles, recruitment processes, and job market trends;

- Ability to work in a dynamic environment and a large team, as well as manage multiple vacancies simultaneously;

- Attention to detail, communication, and time-management skills;

- Result-oriented mindset and a desire to learn;

- Spoken English at B1+ level.

Responsibilities:
- Developing a sourcing strategy for finding candidates in new locations;

- Searching for passive candidates for marketing positions using various sources and contacting potential candidates through different channels;

- Coordinating vacancy postings across different job boards;

- Creating talent pipelines for future needs;

- Maintaining the talent database — reviewing applicants from the corporate job site and other postings, including talent pool applicants, and keeping information up to date;

- Working with recruitment tools (Jira, ATS);

- Cooperating with Recruiters to build an effective sourcing strategy;

- Scheduling initial interviews with external candidates for Recruiters;

- Developing professional networks, promoting the company's brand, and analyzing market information;

- Tracking sourcing metrics and reporting on progress.
