HR Generalist (Warsaw)

We are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team in Warsaw. The role will have a strong HR focus, covering the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding and ongoing employee support to performance management, engagement, development, and offboarding. You will serve as a trusted point of contact for team members and managers while ensuring that our HR processes, policies, and employee experience remain effective, consistent, and aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day HR matters.
- Coordinate onboarding, adaptation, performance review, and offboarding processes.
- Maintain HR documentation, employee records, policies, guidelines, and databases.
- Support employee engagement, feedback, and other people initiatives.
- Continuously improve internal HR processes and the overall employee experience.
- Coordinate equipment handover and return documentation.
- Manage office-related matters with the coworking provider, including access cards and office access.
- Purchase office supplies and coordinate with external vendors when required.
- Support recruitment for selected roles during periods of high hiring demand.
- Assist with internal team activities and other ad hoc HR or office administration tasks.
Requirements
- Previous experience as an HR Generalist, HR Specialist, People Operations Specialist, or in a similar role.
- Professional experience in the iGaming industry is required.
- Strong understanding of the employee lifecycle and core HR processes.
- Strong organizational and communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to manage priorities independently.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information.
- Confident use of BambooHR, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and other relevant systems.
- Upper-intermediate English for daily professional communication.
- Based in Warsaw or nearby and able to attend the office when required.
