Technical Product Manager

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our team and drive the development of our e-commerce products and digital services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the product and technical backlog of our online store, including the website, mobile application, integrations, and internal services;
• Gather, structure, and prioritize business requirements from e-commerce, marketing, contact center, logistics, retail, and management teams;
• Prepare technical specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and business process flows;
• Set and coordinate tasks for internal IT/ERP teams and external vendors;
• Monitor timelines, implementation status, and quality of deliverables; organize testing, acceptance, and product releases;
• Develop and improve key e-commerce functionality, including catalog, search, filters, product pages, shopping cart, checkout, payments, delivery options, product reservations, and promotional mechanics;
• Analyze the conversion funnel, technical issues, and growth opportunities;
• Develop hypotheses aimed at increasing conversion, improving product stability, and enhancing the customer experience.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager, Technical Product Manager, Product Owner, Business Analyst, or Project Manager;
• Experience in e-commerce, retail, digital products, or marketplaces will be a strong advantage;
• Proven experience in gathering and formalizing business requirements and setting tasks for IT teams;
• Understanding of system integrations, APIs, payment services, and delivery solutions;
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and/or Kanban methodologies;
• Strong analytical and structured thinking with attention to detail;
• Ability to manage priorities, deadlines, and product metrics;
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, IT teams, external vendors, and internal departments.
