We are looking for a HR manager (Middle/Senior) to join our Kyiv team and drive full-cycle recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring processes from job briefing to offer stage.
- Sourcing & Talent Pipeline: Develop effective sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines.
- Interviewing & Assessment: Conduct structured interviews and evaluate candidates’ competencies and potential.
- Onboarding & Adaptation: Coordinate onboarding and support new employees throughout their adaptation period.
- Performance Management: Support performance review processes and help managers identify development opportunities for their teams.
- Process Improvement: Contribute to enhancing recruitment processes and candidate experience.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment (in-house).
- Experience hiring mid- and senior-level specialists.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- English level B1+ or higher.
- Proactive, structured, and result-oriented mindset.
