Creative Marketing Designer

We're a small branding and packaging studio. We work mostly with founder-led CPG brands — coffee, specialty food and beverage, cannabis — and we're hiring a marketing designer to own everything that happens after the packaging is done.

That means social,paid ads, email, sell sheets, decks, trade show assets, and our own site. Some of it is brand building. Alot of it is performance, you need to be comfortable with both.

What were looking

• 3+ years in marketing design, ideally in-house at a CPG brand or at studio that services them
• Strong layout and type. We care more about your typography then your illustration
• Figma fluency, full Adobe CC. After Effects is a big plus, basic 3D is a bigger one
• You can take a brand system someone else built and extend it without breaking it
• You write decent copy, or at minimum you know when the copys not working
•  

Nice to have

• Retail and amazon asset experience
• Some photo or video direction
