HubSpot Consultant / Developer

We are looking for a hands-on HubSpot specialist to own end-to-end HubSpot delivery and work directly with a US client. This is not an advisory-only role. You will scope the work, prepare and defend estimates, and take ownership of implementation once the project starts.

What you will do

• Communicate directly with the US client and partner, in English, without translators
• Run discovery and scoping, prepare estimates, and explain and defend them in front of the client
• Deliver HubSpot implementation: RevOps, workflows and automation, integrations, and related configuration
• Take ownership of HubSpot delivery from scoping through implementation
• Manage expectations and coordinate delivery under one accountable Client Partner

What we are looking for

• Strong hands-on HubSpot delivery experience, not just consulting or advisory
• Real implementation background: RevOps, workflows and automation, integrations
• Ability to independently scope work and estimate delivery
• Strong client-facing spoken English, suitable for direct communication with US clients
• Strong ownership and clear communication with non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have

• Experience leading scoping and solution discussions end to end
• Integrations and custom work across HubSpot Hubs
• Experience in a partner or agency delivery model
