Head of Affiliates (iGaming Startup)

We are looking for an experienced Head of Affiliates to lead and scale our affiliate direction for the CIS market.

This is not another corporate role with endless approvals. It's an opportunity to join an ambitious iGaming startup at an early stage and build one of its key business functions with real ownership and decision-making authority.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and execute the affiliate strategy for the CIS market.
• Build, manage and grow relationships with affiliate partners and networks.
• Negotiate CPA, RevShare and Hybrid deals.
• Analyze traffic quality and optimize acquisition performance.
• Monitor key metrics including FTD, NGR, ROI, CPA, LTV and retention.
• Manage affiliate budgets and maximize profitability.
• Research new traffic sources and partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with CRM, Product, Payments and Marketing teams to improve acquisition performance.

We're looking for someone who has

• 3+ years of Affiliate Marketing experience within iGaming.
• Strong experience with CIS GEO.
• Proven track record of scaling affiliate programs.
• Existing network of affiliates, webmasters and affiliate networks.
• Deep understanding of CPA, RevShare and Hybrid models.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making.

• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.

   

Nice to have

• Experience launching or scaling affiliate operations in startups.
• Previous experience building affiliate teams.
