SDR / Outbound Operator — AI-first (Claude Code)

About us. TimelinesAI is a B2B SaaS connecting WhatsApp to CRMs (HubSpot, Pipedrive, Bitrix24, monday.com). Our outbound runs on AI agents — what's missing is the human operator who owns the result.

The role. Operate and improve the AI outbound engine daily — it gets better because you run it. You own queue speed, reply quality, and follow-up discipline; infrastructure has its own owner — you escalate, not fix.

What matters

• Real outbound experience in B2B. Sequences, reply handling, objections, deliverability basics; a booked meeting is the only metric that counts.
• You work in Claude Code daily — specifically Claude Code: the pipeline lives in GitHub, and you work inside it. If your outbound is blasting templates — this role is not for you.

What you'll do

• Work the reply/approval queue daily: approve, fix, or escalate agent-drafted responses; never let a positive reply rot.
• Own follow-up cadences and booking conversion; report replies → meetings.
• Improve process and playbooks through GitHub as you spot patterns.
