IT Recruiter (US Market)

Come Back Agency supports US software and technology companies by running their hiring process. We work with delivery and leadership teams to define roles, screen candidates, and manage interviews. Successful candidates are hired directly by the company and become part of its team.

This position is with a US-based software company providing custom development and AI implementation for North American clients. The team builds and maintains production software, including AI-enabled systems, and works in long-term client engagements.

Team members operate as part of an internal, distributed team and collaborate directly with client stakeholders.

What we’re looking for

• 2+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably within IT, software development, or international hiring.
• English at B2+ level with strong spoken fluency. This is essential for the role, as you will regularly conduct full candidate interviews in English and communicate with English-speaking candidates throughout the hiring process.
• Strong full-cycle recruitment experience — from understanding the hiring need and defining the candidate profile to sourcing, interviewing, offer management, and successful hire.
• Proven experience recruiting for both technical and non-technical positions.
• Strong sourcing skills across LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, job boards, professional communities, and other relevant channels.
• Confidence with Boolean Search and proactive sourcing techniques.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills — you can evaluate experience, motivation, communication, and overall fit beyond what is written on a resume.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple vacancies and keep recruitment processes moving.
• A structured, proactive, and results-oriented approach to work.
   

What you’ll be doing

• Own the full recruitment cycle for technical and non-technical positions.
• Conduct regular screening and competency-based interviews in English.
• Communicate confidently with international and English-speaking candidates throughout all stages of the recruitment process.
• Work directly with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define strong candidate profiles.
• Develop sourcing strategies and proactively identify qualified candidates.
• Review profiles and applications and provide clear, structured candidate evaluations.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Manage candidate expectations, salary discussions, objections, offers, and counteroffers.
• Coordinate the recruitment process from first contact through final decision and offer.
• Maintain a professional candidate experience throughout every stage of the process.
• Continuously improve sourcing approaches and recruitment processes based on results.
