Senior Product Designer (FinTech / Trading Experience)
Fireart Studio is looking for a Senior Product Designer to join an exciting project for a client in the finance and trading space. We are looking for a designer who can take ownership of the product experience, starting with the website design and potentially expanding to a desktop trading application in the future. This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working on complex digital products, understands financial products, and can translate business goals into intuitive user experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from concept to final delivery
- Create user-friendly and visually engaging web experiences
- Develop UX flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs
- Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams
- Apply existing brand guidelines and ensure consistency across the product
- Potentially contribute to the design of a desktop trading platform
Requirements:
- Strong experience in Product Design / UX/UI Design
- Senior-level experience with ownership of design decisions
- Previous experience designing products in FinTech, trading, banking, investment, or other financial domains
- Strong understanding of complex user flows and data-heavy interfaces
- Experience creating responsive web applications
- A strong portfolio demonstrating relevant projects
Ability to work independently and communicate effectively
Recruitment Process
Our recruitment process consists of the following stages:
1. HR Interview (45 minutes)
An introductory conversation to learn more about your background, experience, motivation, and expectations. We will also share more details about the project, team, and collaboration format.
2. Technical Interview with the Head of Design (45โ60 minutes)
A discussion focused on your design expertise, experience with complex digital products, portfolio review, design approach, and relevant domain experience.
3. Call with the Potential Design Lead (45โ60 minutes)
A conversation to discuss collaboration style, design processes, team interaction, and expectations from both sides.
4. Client Interview (Optional, 30โ45 minutes)
A final conversation with the client to align on the project, goals, and ways of working.
