Promo Manager (iGaming)

About the Role
 

We are looking for a Junior Promo Manager to support the execution and optimization of promotional campaigns within our iGaming platform.

In this role, you will be responsible for bonus operations, coordinating cross-functional tasks, monitoring campaign performance, and ensuring the smooth execution of promotional activities. You will work closely with Product, CRM, Analytics, Customer Support, and Development teams.

Responsibilities

• Configure and launch bonus campaigns and promotional mechanics.
• Process bonus requests and credit bonuses through the CRM system.
• Create and maintain bonus configurations and promotional settings.
• Coordinate tasks with Product, CRM, Analytics, Customer Support, and Development teams.
• Monitor implementation timelines and ensure timely delivery.
• Analyze the performance of promotional campaigns and prepare reports.
• Monitor bonus usage and identify bonus abuse or suspicious activity.
• Support analysts by preparing requirements for bonus calculations and reporting.
• Maintain documentation related to bonus processes and promotional activities.
• Keep records of active promotions and bonus programs.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in the iGaming industry.
• Understanding of promotional mechanics, including Welcome Bonuses, Cashback, Free Spins, Loyalty Programs, Referral Programs, etc.
• Experience working with CRM systems (Customer.io, Bloomreach, BetB2B, or similar is a plus).
• Good knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
• Understanding of bonus-related metrics such as Wagering, ROI, Bonus Cost, and Margin.
• Experience working with task management systems (Jira, Asana, YouTrack, or similar).
• English level: Intermediate (B1+) or higher.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience with bonus abuse prevention and fraud detection.
• Experience preparing analytical reports and performance reviews.
• Knowledge of Confluence or other documentation tools.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams.
