Senior Product Owner / Business Analyst

Job Description

3+ years of experience as a Software Business Analyst.
Strong knowledge in practices and techniques of business analysis, requirements gathering and solutions assessment.
Knowledge of SDLC and software development methodologies.
Ability to create clear requirements documentation.
Experiece in managing product backlog.
Excellent knowledge of system analysis, business process analysis and optimization.
Strong attention to details, strong logic skills, ability to identify corner cases and provide the solution for the product.
Advanced English, both spoken and written.

Nice to have:

Experince in scrum master role.
Experience working in ML/AI and GenAI projects.
Ability to understand technical language and read architecture diagrams.
Experience with enterprise cloud-based solutions is a must.

Job Responsibilities

Perform stakeholders interviews to gather requirements, both business and technical requirements.
Work closely with the architects team to identify system requirements.
Write technical documentation and draw technical diagrams, which support understanding of functional and non-functional product requirements;
Manage the product backlog, including requirements management, prioritization, traceability, verification, and validation.
Transform product backlog into Jira Features and Stories, backlog review, refinement and estimation with the development team.
Support project management team in product roadmap creation, status reports and progress metrics.
