We are looking for a professional for the role that requires:

• Full-time job;
• Office-based in Kyiv.
   

Key responsibilities:

• Participate in hiring and team growth processes
• Research, evaluate, and introduce new technologies and tools
• Plan the development process in collaboration with leads from other departments
• Provide technical estimations and contribute to project planning
• Optimize and automate development workflows and pipelines
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues

Our ideal candidate:

• 5+ years of commercial software development experience, preferably in game development
• Strong proficiency in C# and JavaScript
• Hands-on experience with Unity and developing game features, tools, or gameplay systems
• 3+ years of experience leading or mentoring a development team
• Strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and dependency injection (DI/IoC)
• Ability to design scalable, modular, and maintainable systems
• Experience integrating and working with third-party SDKs and libraries
• Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and ability to drive technical decisions
• Fast learner who quickly adapts to new technologies and project requirements
• Passion for games and game development

Nice to have:
 

• Experience with playable ads development
• Familiarity with Apple App Clips and related development constraints
• Experience optimizing mobile applications or games for iOS and Android
