Project Manager

Aimeice Tech is an AI-first software development company that helps businesses build modern digital products faster and more efficiently. We build scalable web and mobile applications, AI-powered platforms, LMS solutions, financial products, AI agents, and cloud-native solutions. We leverage modern technology stacks, development process automation and AI-powered tools across every stage of delivery - from discovery to production.

Part time engagement (20 hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day communication with clients and maintain strong relationships.
• Coordinate communication and collaboration across internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Create and maintain project documentation, processes and internal guidelines.
• Analyze and improve existing workflows and operational processes.
• Identify project risks and proactively propose solutions.
• Ensure project goals, timelines and deliverables are met
   

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
• English proficiency at B2–C1 level.
• Hands-on experience working in Agile environments.
• Good understanding of Linear.
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Trello, Monday.com, or similar).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Risk management and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
