Senior CRO Manager
FutureMedia is a dynamic remote-first team of talents collaborating across diverse digital disciplines. Technology is our language. Innovation is our guiding light.
We design, develop, build, and analyze. We deliver impactful digital products and services โ SaaS products, AI-powered solutions, web and mobile applications. As pioneers in the digital services space, we're a team that knows how to innovate while having fun. We're remote-first but still prioritize connection and collaboration.
What you'll do
- Own conversion optimization: find where users drop off, form hypotheses, prove them with tests.
- Keep a test running at all times โ an empty testing calendar is a problem.
- Keep a backlog of tests ready to launch: hypothesis, design, copy, success metric prepared in advance.
- Design experiments properly and don't call them early because the first days look good.
- Write up every test: what we learned, what we ship, what we kill.
- Build hypotheses from evidence โ analytics, session recordings, user feedback, support tickets, competitors.
- Work with design, copy and engineering to get variants live yourself.
Share results openly so the team learns from every test.
Requirements (must-have)
- 3+ years in conversion optimization on a subscription or e-commerce product with real traffic.
- You know how to design a valid experiment and avoid the mistakes that produce fake wins.
- Hands-on with an experimentation platform (Statsig, Optimizely, VWO, GrowthBook or similar) and product analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude, PostHog or similar).
- Results you can quantify: what you changed, how much it lifted, how long it held.
- Strong copy and design instincts โ you can spec a variant a designer builds without a meeting.
- You read a funnel and explain where value is lost and why.
- High throughput. Measured in tests shipped and conversion gained.
Comfortable with a bonus tied directly to your results.
Nice-to-have
- Experience optimizing pricing pages and checkout in subscription products.
- Experience with quiz or survey funnels.
