Lead Generation Specialist (LinkedIn + Email), B2B SaaS
About the product
SignalsAPI sells verified hiring signals. You give the API a company or a market, and it returns which companies are actively hiring for a given role right now โ read directly from company ATS feeds (Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workday), not guessed from an intent model. 450+ sources, around 2M signals a month, refreshed every three hours. The API, the product and the billing are all live.
This is a small operation. I built the product and I run it. You would work directly with me, with no layers in between โ fast decisions, no bureaucracy, and no ready-made playbook. The first months are about finding what works.
The role
Everything technical is finished. What the product does not have is a repeatable way of reaching buyers. That is the job.
Who we sell to:
- RevOps and GTM leads at B2B companies that already do signal-based selling
- Owners of recruitment and staffing agencies in the UK, EU and US
Plans run EUR 79โ399/month, with larger custom contracts above that.
What you will do:
- Build and maintain sending infrastructure: domains, mailboxes, warmup, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, LinkedIn accounts operating inside safe limits
- Build target audiences. I have a list of about 40 competitors and adjacent vendors; the people who follow and engage with them on LinkedIn are the first audience. RevOps and GTM titles are the second. Staffing agency owners are the third
- Run the tooling โ Apollo, Instantly, Lemlist, Smartlead, HeyReach, Expandi, Clay, or whatever you know well. I pay for subscriptions
- Write and test outreach sequences in English. I supply positioning, proof points and technical detail, and I review copy before it goes out
- Report weekly: sent, reply rate, positive reply rate, meetings booked โ split by audience and by signal type
- Book meetings into my calendar. I run the calls
What I am looking for:
- 2+ years in B2B lead generation or SDR work, with campaigns you personally built and sent
- English strong enough to write outreach read by native speakers in the UK and US. I will edit, but I cannot rewrite everything
- You can explain how a sending domain gets burned and how to avoid it
- You understand what GDPR means for outbound in Europe. I run a UK company selling into the EU and UK
- You are comfortable being measured on replies and meetings rather than on messages sent
Nice to have:
- Experience selling a product rather than outsourcing services
- Familiarity with the recruitment and staffing market
- Comfort with APIs and webhooks. My own product is a signal source, and feeding it back into our own outbound is an obvious thing to do
Conditions
- Remote, flexible hours, three hours of overlap with Central European Time
- Part-time, around 25 hours a week to start. Full-time possible if it works
- B2B contract with a UK company, monthly invoice, you handle your own FOP reporting
- One month probation with a clear goal: infrastructure live and the first campaign sending inside two weeks
Hiring process
- Application with the control questions answered
- A 40-minute call
- A paid test task, 3โ4 hours, paid at your rate whether or not I hire you
- Offer
I answer every application.
