SignalsAPI finds new clients for recruitment, staffing and outsourcing agencies. We watch job boards and company career pages across hundreds of sources and tell you which companies started hiring this morning — with the decision-makers to contact already attached.

Around ten agencies have bought and used it over the past year, and roughly a quarter of the demos we run convert to paid. The product is built, live and priced publicly, and anyone can use the signal explorer without an account.

What we don't have is enough of the right agencies seeing it. That's the whole job.

Who we sell to

Recruitment and staffing agencies of 5–100 people — the ones chasing client companies, not candidates. The buyer is the owner, the MD, or whoever owns revenue. Price isn't the obstacle at that size, and neither is the product. Attention is.

What you'll do

• Get agency owners and revenue leads to claim their 10 free signals.
• Build the target list yourself: firmographics, the agencies' own hiring activity, communities, whatever works. SignalsAPI is a good tool for it.
• Run one channel experiment at a time. We rank by impact, confidence and ease, start at the top, and drop what doesn't produce.
• Write the outreach, load the sequences, follow the ones that bite.
• No demo call needed to convert — the sample signals are the demo.

What we're looking for

• Someone who executes. We have around twenty strategy documents on file and not one of them reached a customer.
• Written English good enough that a UK agency owner replies to it.
• Comfortable with AI tools. We use them throughout and don't care how you produce work as long as it lands.
• Available during central European business hours.
• What you've done matters more than where you did it. Send the CV, but the answer to the question below is what we read first.

Nice to have

• You've sold to recruitment or staffing agencies, or worked in one.
• You've built a target list from scratch rather than bought one.

How hiring works

1. Apply and answer the question below. It's the only thing we screen on at this stage.
2. If the answer's interesting, a 15-minute call. One call, no panel, often at short notice.
3. Then a short written plan.
4. Then a paid 14-day trial against a target we agree with you before it starts. Real scope, real money.
5. If the trial works, we talk about the job properly.

You'd get assets most people in this field never have. jobs.signalsapi.com publishes 2M+ hiring signals a month, and we run a public MCP server AI clients can query directly. Nobody has done anything with either.

What it isn't: 50 keyword articles nobody reads, AI-generated content at scale, bought backlinks, or filling a calendar someone hands you. Deciding what should exist is the job.

You're a fit if you've moved a brand's visibility in AI answers before and can show me where. You've done SEO, GEO/AEO, content or growth and think past Google rankings. You can read an AI answer and work out why one vendor got named over another. You write well in English.

Remote. I don't track hours or care where you are, only whether the number moves. You'd work directly with me — I'm the founder and the engineer.

How this works: no cover letter. Ask me for our prompt set and baseline first; I'll send both. Send a one-page pilot proposal — one result you're confident you can deliver, how long, what it costs, the plan, and a URL proving you've done it before. If it's credible: half an hour on a call, we agree the pass line in writing, and we run a paid pilot. If it lands, the work is yours. I reply within five days either way.
