Trainee Project Coordinator / Business Analyst
DevCom is looking for a Trainee Project Coordinator who can work in the Lviv office of the company!
This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in Project Coordination and Business Analysis while working on a real commercial project. You'll gain hands-on experience, learn from an experienced supervisor, and collaborate with skilled professionals.
You'll begin by supporting Project Coordination activities while gradually getting involved in Business Analysis tasks. As your career develops, you'll have the opportunity to grow in both areas or specialize in one of them, depending on your performance, interests, and the company's needs.

What you'll do:
- Work with time logs and assist with project reporting.
- Monitor the project board to ensure task statuses accurately reflect current progress.
- Calculate and maintain project KPIs.
- Assist with preparing and maintaining project and team documentation.
As you grow in the role, you'll gradually get involved in Business Analysis activities, including:
- Participating in requirements elicitation sessions.
- Assisting with requirements documentation and change management.
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborating with the team to clarify business needs and support incoming requests.
Supporting business analysis activities under the guidance of an experienced supervisor.
Requirements:
- English level B2–C1 (Upper-Intermediate to Advanced) with confident written and spoken communication skills
- Basic understanding of Project Management and Business Analysis
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Critical and analytical thinking (ability to verify information from AI tools, online sources, and stakeholders)
- Active listening and effective communication skills
- Willingness and ability to work with people
- Responsible, proactive, and mature approach to work
- Readiness to learn and effectively use AI tools
Nice to have:
- Completed or ongoing courses in Business Analysis and/or Project Management
- Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
