Trainee Project Coordinator / Business Analyst
DevCom is looking for a Trainee Project Coordinator who can work in the Lviv office of the company!
This is an excellent opportunity to start your career in Project Coordination and Business Analysis while working on a real commercial project. You’ll gain hands-on experience, learn from an experienced supervisor, and collaborate with skilled professionals.
You’ll begin by working with tasks from both Project Coordination and Business Analysis, with the opportunity to grow in both areas or specialize in one of them as your career develops, depending on your performance, interests, and the company’s needs.

Requirements:
- English B2—C1 (Upper-Intermediate to Advanced), confident written and spoken
- Basic understanding of Project Management and Business Analysis
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Critical and analytical thinking (ability to validate information received from AI, Google, and stakeholders)
- Active listening and effective communication skills
- Willingness and ability to work with people
- Responsible, proactive, and mature approach to work
- Readiness to learn and effectively use AI tools
Nice to have:
- Completed or ongoing courses in Business Analysis and/or Project Management
- Basic knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
- Experience using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
