Talent Acquisition Partner

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will help us attract exceptional people and build high-performing teams. In this role, you'll work closely with hiring managers, have full ownership of the recruitment process, and play an important part in shaping the future of our company.

This is a hybrid position based in either Lisbon or Dubai. We're looking for someone who can work from one of our offices several days a week.
 

What you'll do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to signed offers.
• Find and attract top talent across Engineering, Product, AI, FinTech, and other business teams.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and build effective recruitment strategies.
• Conduct sourcing, screening interviews, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer negotiations.
• Create a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Build strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Track recruitment metrics, maintain ATS data, and continuously improve hiring processes.
• Stay informed about market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring activity.
   

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, ideally within FinTech, Web3, SaaS, or fast-growing technology companies.
• Strong sourcing skills and experience hiring technical specialists.
• Good understanding of software engineering, product, and technology roles.
• Ability to independently manage multiple hiring processes from start to finish.
• Excellent communication skills, empathy, and a professional approach when working with candidates and hiring managers.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
   

Nice to have

• Experience recruiting across Europe or the MENA region.
• Previous hiring experience within the FinTech industry.
• Knowledge of Ukrainian, Portuguese, Arabic, or Russian.
• Experience sourcing through GitHub, Telegram, Stack Overflow, or other technical communities.
• Experience using AI tools to improve sourcing, candidate outreach, research, and recruitment workflows.
