For an incredible iGaming company, we are looking for a great Affiliate Manager to join our Affiliate team.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming industry.
• Proven experience working with Tier-1 markets.
• Experience working in a product company.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to effectively use analytics for decision-making.
• Ability to calculate campaign profitability and optimize performance based on data.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to communicate with partners at different levels.
• Budget and cost management skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to changes in the industry. 

Responsibilities:

• Attract new partners to develop and scale the existing affiliate programme.
• Analyse SEO sites to determine the most profitable positions and traffic acquisition strategies.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with affiliate partners.
• Day-to-day communication with affiliates to discuss existing and create future campaigns.
• Analyse campaign performance, calculate profitability, and take action to maximise affiliate performance.
• Manage the affiliate budget, including commissions and budgeted expenses.
• Manage the process of creating the necessary creative materials (banners, landing pages, etc.).
• Optimise costs to achieve maximum impact within the affiliate programme.
