Argentics is looking for a talented Project Manager to join our team on a full-time, remote basis.
In this role, you will manage both game development and software development projects working closely with cross-functional teams and international clients to ensure successful project delivery. We are looking for someone who enjoys working across multiple domains, communicates effectively with different teams, and takes ownership from planning through successful delivery.
About You
- 3+ years of experience managing software development and/or game development projects.
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English.
- Strong planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience working with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, identify risks, and make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Strong ownership and accountability.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Fast learner with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Product-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering value.
Nice to Have
- Experience managing both game development and non-gaming software development projects.
- Understanding of SEO processes and content publishing workflows.
- Experience working with CMS platforms such as Webflow, WordPress, or similar.
- Experience working with distributed international teams.
- Experience participating in pre-sales, estimations, and proposal preparation.
- Basic understanding of Unreal Engine or Unity development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage software development, game development, and internal product initiatives throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Build project plans, define milestones, and align expectations with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, QA engineers, artists, SEO specialists, and copywriters.
- Monitor project scope, timelines, budgets, risks, dependencies, and overall delivery performance.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, maintain project documentation, and support continuous process improvements.
- Coordinate website development, releases, QA, domain migrations, and post-release validation.
- Manage website content updates, blog publications, portfolio updates, and case study releases.
- Coordinate SEO-related activities, content planning, and publication workflows together with the SEO team and copywriters.
- Review Jira boards, monitor task progress and time tracking, and ensure timely project execution.
- Participate in project estimations, pre-sales activities, and stakeholder discussions.
- Analyze business requirements, identify opportunities for product and process improvements, and collaborate with stakeholders to define valuable solutions.
- Contribute to product planning, feature prioritization, roadmap discussions, and decision-making based on business goals and user needs.
- Proactively identify bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities across projects, products, and internal processes.
- Maintain clear communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams while driving initiatives from planning to successful delivery.
