Job Requirements 

▪ 5+ years of commercial experience in mobile or front-end development, including 4+ years of hands-on React Native experience.

▪ Strong proficiency in React, React Native, TypeScript, and modern CSS/styling approaches.

▪ Experience with state management and data fetching libraries (e.g. Redux, Zustand, TanStack Query).

▪ Proven experience building and shipping production applications for the App Store and Google Play.

▪ Solid understanding of mobile UX principles, responsive design, accessibility, and cross-platform development.

▪ Experience working with CI/CD pipelines, release automation, and over-the-air updates (e.g. Expo).

▪ Ability to work with complex systems, including legacy codebases and large-scale applications.

▪ Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.

▪ Passion for code quality, performance optimization, continuous learning, and mentoring others.

▪ At least upper-intermediate level of English

Responsibilities

▪ Build and enhance modern cross-platform applications using React, React Native, and TypeScript.

▪ Design scalable, maintainable front-end architecture and state-driven user interfaces.

▪ Develop reusable UI components and modernize existing features to improve performance, scalability, and reliability.

▪ Build customer-facing products, including AI-powered experiences, mobile account management, dashboards, and e-commerce functionality.

▪ Collaborate closely with Product, Design, Backend, and QA teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

▪ Ensure application quality through testing, CI/CD, release automation, and continuous performance improvements.

▪ Research and adopt modern technologies and engineering best practices.

▪ Mentor engineers and contribute to a collaborative, high-impact engineering culture.
