VIP Manager (English)

IGTalents is an international recruitment agency specializing in Executive Search, Talent Acquisition, and Recruitment for the global iGaming industry. We are currently supporting the launch of a new iGaming product for a Tier-1 European market and are looking for the first VIP Manager to join the team.

This is a unique opportunity to build VIP processes from scratch, work directly with high-value players, and grow together with a fast-scaling international product.
 

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of VIP players and build long-term relationships.
• Communicate with players via WhatsApp, email, and phone calls.
• Handle player requests related to payments, bonuses, and account issues.
• Create and manage personalized bonuses and promotional offers.
• Monitor player activity and identify retention opportunities.
• Work with CRM and maintain accurate player data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide the best VIP experience.

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience as a VIP Manager in iGaming.
• English level B2+ (both spoken and written).
• Experience working with English-speaking players.
• Experience with VIP bonuses and bonus mechanics.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Analytical mindset will be an advantage.
