Senior UI/UX Designer (iGaming)

About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Senior UI/UX Designer to join our product team and take ownership of complex product experiences.

This is a hands-on product design role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, confidently drives design decisions, and has a proven track record of designing successful iGaming products.

You’ll collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and stakeholders to deliver intuitive, visually polished, and scalable solutions that improve user engagement and business outcomes.

🎯 What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end design process, from discovery and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and developer handoff.
• Design intuitive, pixel-perfect, responsive interfaces for web and mobile.
• Create user flows, prototypes, and interaction patterns for complex product features.
• Lead UX improvements based on business goals, user behavior, and product insights.
• Build, maintain, and evolve scalable design systems and reusable UI components.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Engineering teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Present and justify design decisions with confidence and clear reasoning.
• Ensure consistency, usability, and high visual quality across the entire product.

🛠 Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial UI/UX design experience in the iGaming industry (online casino, sportsbook, betting, or gambling products).
• Strong portfolio showcasing complex B2C digital products.
• Expert proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, Components, Variants, Variables, Design Systems).
• Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and user-centered design methodologies.
• Strong visual design skills with an excellent eye for typography, layout, spacing, hierarchy, and color.
• Experience working in cross-functional product teams alongside Product Managers and Developers.
• Ability to independently own product areas and make informed design decisions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• English level: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher.

Please note: Commercial experience in the iGaming industry is a mandatory requirement for this role.

• Experience with AI-powered design tools (Figma AI, Midjourney, DALL·E, etc.).
• Experience designing gamification, loyalty, or engagement mechanics.
• Experience with motion design and advanced prototyping.
• Branding or visual identity experience.

• Experience creating marketing assets and promotional visuals.
