Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Delivery Manager / Technical Project Manager on behalf of our client — a global technology company building large-scale web data solutions for AI, analytics, market intelligence, and enterprise customers.

The team develops and operates high-volume web scraping infrastructure, browser automation platforms, and large-scale data collection pipelines that power AI models and business-critical applications. As demand continues to grow, the company is expanding its delivery organization and is looking for someone who can take ownership of execution across multiple technical projects.

This is a hands-on, execution-focused role with direct collaboration across engineering, QA, and leadership teams.

Responsibilities

- Own end-to-end delivery of multiple web scraping and data collection projects.
- Coordinate scraper developers, technical leads, QA engineers, and stakeholders.
- Translate business requirements into clear technical tasks and delivery plans.
- Manage project timelines, priorities, dependencies, blockers, and risks.
- Ensure work is properly scoped and prepared before development begins.
- Track project progress and keep stakeholders informed through clear, proactive communication.
- Ensure completed work meets quality standards before client delivery.
- Coordinate investigation and resolution of scraper failures, website changes, anti-bot issues, and data quality problems.
- Maintain project documentation and delivery status using Jira, ClickUp, Monday, Linear, or similar project management tools.
- Improve delivery processes, QA workflows, reporting, and operational efficiency.
- Support resource planning as the engineering organization continues to scale.
- Work closely with technical leadership to balance delivery speed, quality, and client expectations.

Requirements

- 3+ years of experience as a Delivery Manager, Technical Project Manager, Project Manager, Technical Program Manager, Product Operations Manager, Business Analyst, or similar role.
- Proven experience managing web scraping, browser automation, web data extraction, or large-scale data collection projects.
- Experience coordinating software engineering teams delivering technical products.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS selectors, JavaScript, HTTP, REST APIs, JSON, browser behavior, and modern web applications.
- Understanding of common web scraping challenges, including dynamic websites, anti-bot protections, proxies, browser automation, and data validation.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent technical projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent spoken and written English.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ownership mindset with the ability to drive projects through to successful delivery.
- Availability to work with significant overlap with US East Coast business hours.

Nice to Have

- Experience with Bright Data, Apify, Playwright, Puppeteer, Selenium, Scrapy, Crawlee, or similar technologies.
- Experience delivering AI data, LLM training data, market intelligence, or large-scale data pipeline projects.
- Experience working with distributed engineering teams.
- QA or data validation background.
- Basic SQL knowledge.
- Experience managing high-volume operational delivery.
