Headway Inc is a global tech company, revolutionizing lifelong learning by creating digital products for over 150 million users worldwide. Our mission is to help people grow. We’re proud to be ranked 4th among the World’s Top EdTech Сompanies by TIME magazine. We believe lifelong learning should be accessible, personalized, and impactful to each individual. That’s how we change the world and why we bring together exceptional minds.

The core of our achievements is our team. We believe in people and shared values. That’s why, together with our Paid Media Design Team Lead, we’re looking for a Marketing Creative Designer to join our new team transforming the EdTech industry.

What product & team will you be working on?

Nibble is an all-around knowledge app for adult learners. It offers short, interactive lessons on different topics, from art to math. Nibble has been featured as App of the Day in over 50 countries, including the US, the UK, and Canada.

You’ll join our Paid Media Team.

On our team, a creative marketer doesn't hand you a finished brief that says "make this." They set the direction — and the rest is yours: how to execute it, what will work and what won't, which hypothesis to test first. You and the marketer are a duo, partners, where the designer owns the idea and its execution — not just the execution.

Paid Media currently has 9 motion designers and 10 graphic designers. We work closely with our creative marketers and the User Acquisition team. We're proactive and driven. We like spending time together — at work and beyond it — and we share plenty of communities and book clubs where we trade experience in design, marketing, and much more. It's a big part of why the team keeps growing and learning.

If it fires you up to watch your creative turn into results — installs, conversions, revenue — and you want the autonomy to do it your way, keep reading.

Why do we need you?

Why "Creative Designer," not "Graphic Designer"?

Because the job has changed, and we've changed with it. AI is now deep in how we work — and rather than replacing craft, it raises the floor. It takes the manual, repetitive part off your plate so your time goes where it actually creates value: ideas, judgment, and taste. That's why we go deeper than a typical design role.

In today's world, the value is in the thinking, not the pixel-pushing — and we'd rather pour that freed-up time into people who want to grow. That's the whole bet of this role: your ideas are the product, and the tools are there to amplify them.

We need someone who can turn a direction into results — installs, conversions, revenue — and who wants the autonomy to do it their way. Here, that ownership is real:

  • Your ideas ship. What you generate and champion can become a new feature or course in the app.
  • Global market, full visibility on impact. You see the performance of every creative you make, and you get to test the boldest ideas — not for the drawer, but on a real audience.
  • Fast growth. Not a slogan — a direct consequence of our pace. After probation, we build an individual development plan with every designer, with the nearest growth directions being Senior Graphic Designer and Motion Designer.
  • A strong environment. You'll be among like-minded people who keep raising the bar — and you'll always have someone to reach toward.

What do your responsibilities look like?

  • Create ad creatives for Nibble — and see the performance of every single one in the numbers.
  • Work with localizations and the cultural contexts of different markets.
  • Analyze creative performance and form hypotheses based on the results.
  • Brainstorm ideas together with the team.
  • Collaborate with creative marketers, freelancers, and native translators.
  • Continuously research competitors and trends.
  • Generate and champion your own ideas — yours could become a new feature or course in the app.
  • Share your expertise across the team.

Who are you?

We put this together not as a checklist, but as a portrait of the person we'd love to work with.

Autonomy and drive. You organize your own work, make decisions within your area of ownership, and move tasks forward without constant oversight. Results are what turn you on — and you feel personal responsibility for the numbers your creatives bring in.

Performance thinking. You look at creative through the lens of effectiveness: hypothesis, test, insight, next iteration. You care less about "how beautiful" and more about "how it'll perform."

Ideas grounded in research. You can research competitors and trends — and turn that into concrete creative ideas, not just a well-trained eye.

Flexibility in changing conditions. Priorities, focus, and team processes shift fast here. You take it in stride: you re-adjust to new tasks without losing pace or quality, you don't cling to "how it used to be," and you don't need everything to stabilize before you start acting. Changing inputs are a working reality for you, not a source of stress.

Team spirit and feedback. You give and receive feedback openly — and you seek it out yourself. You're emotionally steady, you support your teammates, and you respond to challenges and failures constructively: focus on solutions, not problems.

Fast learning. You're ready to pick up new features, tools, and approaches on your own — and you do it out of curiosity, not obligation.

Your go-to toolkit looks like this:

  • Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator
  • AI tools for content generation
  • Deep understanding of composition, color, and typography
  • Knowledge of graphic styles and current design trends
  • After Effects or CapCut
  • Competitor analysis in the Ads Library — would definitely make you a pro!
