Accountant (Remote)

Softprom is an international Value Added IT Distributor with 25+ years of experience, operating in 20+ countries and partnering with 100+ global IT vendors.

We're looking for an Accountant who enjoys keeping things organized, works accurately with financial documentation, and is comfortable in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Control and maintain accounting documentation
• Prepare, process, and maintain accounting documents
• Work with contracts and related documentation
• Coordinate accounting-related matters via email
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and support day-to-day accounting operations

Requirements

• 2+ years of accounting experience
• Strong attention to detail, responsibility, and self-organization
• Confident user of MS Office
• Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Gmail, Meet)
• Experience using ChatGPT or Claude in everyday work
• English — Upper-Intermediate (B2+) or higher
• German will be an advantage
