About WOWCube
At WOWCube®, we’re redefining play with a one-of-a-kind cube-shaped gaming console that merges the physical and digital worlds. The WOWCube Entertainment System combines modular hardware, immersive software, and creative game design to create a brand-new category of interactive entertainment.
Our team works across product, performance marketing, social media, creative production, influencer marketing, PR, e-commerce, and partnerships to introduce WOWCube to audiences worldwide.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Marketing Project Manager to coordinate marketing initiatives across the WOWCube team.
The primary purpose of this role is to turn marketing priorities into clear, structured, and successfully delivered projects. You will coordinate campaigns, product launches, content production, creative requests, website updates, influencer activations, and other cross-functional marketing initiatives.
This is not a purely administrative role. We are looking for someone who understands marketing workflows, can identify risks and dependencies, challenge unclear requests, and ensure that projects move from idea to execution on time and at the expected quality level.
You will work closely with the CMO, internal marketing specialists, designers, content creators, developers, external agencies, influencers, and other company stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Manage marketing projects from initial brief through execution, delivery, and post-project review.
- Coordinate product launches, seasonal campaigns, promotional activities, special-edition releases, and e-commerce initiatives.
- Translate marketing priorities into clear tasks, timelines, milestones, owners, and deliverables.
- Maintain the marketing roadmap, campaign calendar, project boards, and weekly status reporting.
- Coordinate work across performance marketing, social media, content, design, PR, influencer marketing, CRM, website, and development teams.
- Prepare clear project briefs and ensure that stakeholders understand objectives, audiences, deliverables, deadlines, and approval processes.
- Organize campaign kick-offs, weekly project check-ins, and cross functional marketing meetings.
- Track deadlines, dependencies, approvals, risks, and blockers, escalating issues when necessary.
- Ensure creative assets, campaign materials, landing pages, product information, tracking links, and supporting content are delivered on time.
- Coordinate internal team members, freelancers, agencies, production partners, and external vendors.
- Manage feedback and approval cycles while reducing unnecessary revisions and communication gaps.
- Support the CMO with marketing planning, prioritization, resource allocation, and execution control.
- Improve marketing processes, templates, documentation, and project management standards.
- Monitor project results and help document key learnings, next steps, and areas for improvement.
- Keep stakeholders informed through concise, accurate, and actionoriented status updates.
Requirements / Must-Haves
- 3+ years of experience in marketing project management, campaign management, marketing operations, or a similar role.
- Proven experience managing several marketing projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing workflows, including creative production, paid media, social media, content, influencer marketing, website development, and e-commerce.
- Ability to create structured project plans, timelines, briefs, task lists, and status reports.
- Strong ownership mentality and the ability to move projects forward without constant supervision.
- Excellent organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- Ability to identify blockers, dependencies, resource gaps, and delivery risks before they become critical.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders, creative teams, technical teams, agencies, and external partners.
- Ability to distinguish between urgent requests and genuinely high priority business initiatives.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving international and remote environment.
- Professional working proficiency in English.
- Experience using project-management and collaboration tools such as ClickUp, Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Notion, Slack, or similar platforms.
- Detail-oriented approach without losing sight of campaign objectives and commercial priorities.
- Interest in consumer technology, gaming, entertainment, innovation, or physical-digital products.
Nice-to-Have
- Experience working with a consumer electronics, gaming, toy, entertainment, or direct-to-consumer brand.
- Experience coordinating hardware or software product launches.
- Familiarity with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
- Experience working with website-development, CRO, analytics, marketing, design or product teams.
- Understanding of performance-marketing metrics, attribution, campaign tracking, and reporting.
- Experience coordinating influencer campaigns, PR activations, product seeding, or event participation.
- Experience managing video, photography, animation, or other creative-production projects.
- Familiarity with GA4, Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads, Klaviyo, Customer.io, or similar tools.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or other structured delivery methodologies.
- Experience building repeatable marketing processes, templates, and operating procedures.
