Salesforce Consultant / Project Lead (EST) Offline

EverREST is looking for an experienced Salesforce Consultant who can lead a client-facing Salesforce project and take ownership of delivery, discovery, and communication across business and technical stakeholders.
Role objective
Lead and expand an active domain-focused Salesforce project while serving as the primary bridge between the client, the delivery team, and the sales/discovery process.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the Salesforce project and coordinate delivery from requirements through implementation.
- Communicate directly with US-based clients and confidently manage expectations, priorities, risks, and next steps.
- Work closely with Salesforce Developers, Admins, QA, Architects, and Project Managers.
- Translate business needs into clear tasks, user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation-ready requirements.
- Facilitate discovery sessions, requirements workshops, solution discussions, and project planning.
- Participate in pre-sales and sales activities, including qualification calls, solution shaping, estimates, scope clarification, and proposal preparation.
- Review delivery progress, identify blockers, and ensure that the implemented solution creates measurable business value.
Must-have requirements
- Minimum 3–4 years of hands-on experience in the Salesforce ecosystem.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant, Business Analyst, Solution Consultant, Project Lead, or similar client-facing role.
- English level C1 or higher, with strong spoken and written communication.
- Ability to work full-time in the US Eastern Time Zone (EST) or maintain substantial daily EST overlap.
- Strong experience in direct client communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience coordinating and communicating with technical delivery teams.
- Ability to write clear tasks, user stories, acceptance criteria, process descriptions, and functional documentation.
- Practical involvement in Salesforce discovery processes.
- Experience supporting sales or pre-sales activities.
- Experience with complex business domains, preferably Financial Services or other established B2B industries.
Nice-to-have
- Experience with Financial Services Cloud, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, or industry-specific Salesforce solutions.
- Experience leading cross-functional or distributed Salesforce teams.
- Understanding of integrations, APIs, data migration, automation, security, and release processes.
- Salesforce certifications relevant to consulting, business analysis, architecture, or administration.
Work format
- Full-time: 40 hours per week.
- Remote.
- Required working schedule: US Eastern Time Zone (EST).
- Target regions: Latin America, North America, and Europe.
- Rate: open; there is no predefined rate limitation for the right candidate.
