✨ About the Job ✨

We are looking for a Marketing Associate who would be responsible for assisting Project Managers and Senior-level employees of the Agency with a multitude of marketing activities, from research to creative content development. A person who will undertake this position will generate long and short-form original content with the main focus on Crypto and Tech. Working in close collaboration with the rest of the team, the Marketing Associate empowers our Clients in the fields of Social Media, PR, Content, and Graphic Design. This is a versatile role which fits an original thinker communicating with power, who is equally comfortable owning the operational details that keep the agency running.

✨ Job Duties ✨

- Research the market, digest complex ideas, and put together execution lists and timelines.
- Write, proofread, and edit long-form and short-form content such as blog posts and social media posts.
- Assist Project Managers and C-level with daily tasks such as scheduling meetings, answering emails, creating invoices, service agreements, and keeping track of other documentation.
- Provide operational and administrative support to executives, including maintaining calendars, sending reminders, and managing travel arrangements (flights, hotels, logistics).
- Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities by demonstrating expertise in Content development, PR, Social media, Event Marketing, and other fields.
- Source, vet, and coordinate KOLs and influencers, and help manage outreach and ongoing campaign relationships.
- Assist in analyzing marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.
- Build and maintain organized systems and trackers to keep documentation and ongoing projects in order.
- Complete basic designs using Canva application.

✨ Skills and Qualification ✨

- A minimum of 1 year of experience in the Marketing field.
- Strong understanding of Web3.
- Excellent communication abilities (oral and written).
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
- Expert user of the Google ecosystem (Sheets, Docs, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with Canva for basic design work.
- Experience working with influencers and KOLs (sourcing, outreach, and campaign coordination).
- Confident with AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude) for research, drafting, and productivity.
- Familiarity with social media management and scheduling tools (e.g. Buffer, Hootsuite, Typefully).
- Basic understanding of marketing analytics (Google Analytics, campaign/traffic metrics).
- Comfortable drafting business documentation (invoices, service agreements, briefs).
- Professional and proactive work ethic.
- Readiness to grow and learn quickly.
- Agency experience is a plus but not required.
