Delivery Coordinator Offline

We are looking for a Delivery Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support the delivery process by coordinating work across multiple technical tracks, including DevOps and Identity/Microsoft Administration teams. You will help maintain delivery transparency, ensure effective task management, facilitate team ceremonies, and provide reporting and analytics to support informed decision-making.  

Responsibilities: 

• Coordinate work across multiple technical tracks, including DevOps and Identity/Microsoft Administration teams. 
• Manage and maintain Azure DevOps Boards, ensuring tasks, statuses, and work item links are up to date. 
• Support task coordination and follow up on progress across different teams. 
• Participate in backlog grooming, priority review meetings, and delivery planning activities. 
• Prepare reports and analyze delivery metrics and team performance. 
• Assist in facilitating retrospectives, planning sessions, and other Agile ceremonies, including documenting action items and following up on outcomes. 
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure transparency and timely information sharing. 
• Contribute to improving delivery processes and team collaboration. 

Requirements: 

• Basic understanding of Agile project management methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban), gained through coursework, training, or initial practical experience. 
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail. 
• Confident user of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and data analysis. 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical teams. 
• Proactive mindset, willingness to learn, and ability to take initiative. 
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment. 

Nice to have: 

• Experience working with Azure DevOps Boards or similar project management tools (Jira, Trello, etc.). 
• Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, DevOps, or Identity Management concepts. 
• Experience creating reports, dashboards, or delivery metrics. 
• Project management certifications or completed coursework (e.g., Scrum Fundamentals, CAPM, Google Project Management, or similar). 
• Experience supporting Agile delivery teams in a coordination or PMO-related role.
