VIP Manager

🚀 VIP Manager | iGaming | Remote

We are looking for an experienced VIP Manager to join our rapidly growing iGaming platform. This role focuses on building and maintaining long-term relationships with high-value players through personalized communication, data-driven retention strategies, and creative promotional campaigns.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Communicate directly with VIP players via messengers and outbound calls.
• Analyze player behavior and preferences to personalize offers.
• Create promotional activities and special campaigns based on player segmentation.
• Maintain accurate offer-tracking documents.
• Collaborate with CRM, Payments, Risk, and Marketing teams on VIP campaigns.
• Contribute ideas to improve the VIP retention strategy and product.

✅ Requirements

• 3+ months of experience in iGaming in VIP, Retention, or related roles.
• Proven experience with chats, messengers, and outbound calls.
• Strong understanding of VIP promotions, including deposit bonuses, no-deposit bonuses, personal campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Confident user of Excel or Google Sheets for segmentation, analysis, reporting, and offer tracking.
• English — C1.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with continuous feedback.

• Strong spreadsheet skills (Excel / Google Sheets, formulas, segmentation, KPI tracking).
