HubSpot Administrator / HubSpot Developer

We are  looking for a HubSpot Administrator / HubSpot Developer to manage HubSpot CRM and build integrations with external systems.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain HubSpot
• Build and optimize workflows, automations, and pipelines
• Integrate HubSpot with external systems using APIs and integration tools
• Configure CRM structure, custom properties, field mappings, and data sync
• Troubleshoot automation and integration issues
• Maintain data quality and reporting

• Work with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Engineering teams

   

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience
• Experience administering HubSpot Sales Hub and Marketing Hub
• Experience integrating HubSpot with external systems using APIs, webhooks, or tools such as Make, n8n, or Zapier
• Strong understanding of CRM architecture, automation, and data management
• Experience with custom properties, custom objects, workflows, and reporting

• Advanced English

   

Nice to Have

• Experience with Operations Hub
• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM platforms
• SQL or scripting experience
• RevOps background
