AI Native Business Analyst

We are seeking an AI-Native Business Analyst who integrates modern Generative AI and LLM workflows into their everyday analytical process.

In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution by leveraging AI tools to accelerate requirements engineering, system analysis, API exploration, and solution validation.

You will work closely with clients, stakeholders, and engineering teams to understand complex business problems, analyze existing systems, and help deliver practical technical solutions faster and more efficiently.

The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis skills with a solid technical background, understands modern software systems, and uses AI tools as part of their daily workflow to improve the speed and quality of analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct discovery sessions with clients and stakeholders to understand business needs, define requirements, and align project objectives.
• Analyze existing systems, codebases, APIs, documentation, and data using modern AI tools to quickly identify dependencies, limitations, and potential solutions.
• Translate business requirements into clear functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable development tasks.
• Explore and validate technical solutions by testing REST APIs, reviewing system behavior, and creating lightweight proof-of-concepts when needed.
• Investigate system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and collaborate with engineering teams to define effective solutions.
• Evaluate the impact of proposed changes across complex, multi-component applications, identifying dependencies, risks, and integration considerations.
• Continuously improve analysis workflows by adopting new AI tools and techniques that increase speed, accuracy, and quality of delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong practical experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, coding assistants) as part of your daily workflow for technical analysis, research, documentation, and problem-solving, with the ability to critically evaluate and validate AI-generated outputs.
• Proven experience communicating directly with clients and stakeholders, translating business objectives into clear functional and technical requirements.
• Solid understanding of REST APIs, ability to understand how websites work and main system parts (BE/FE/DB/Message brokers), ability to investigate code and onboard independently, do selfonboarding, ability to quickly create prototypes. Experience with Postman, OpenAPI/Swagger, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to ambiguous tasks, a sense of ownership, and the ability to quickly understand complex business domains and technical systems.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with both business stakeholders and engineering teams.

   

Nice to have: Background as a Technical BA, Software Engineer, experience in FinTech.
