Lead Generation Specialist (Upwork)

About the Role 

We're looking for someone who can find and qualify leads on Upwork — or is eager to learn — and who enjoys working with numbers and metrics. You'll help identify the right opportunities for our ideal customer profiles and keep our pipeline organized and well-tracked. 

Location: Preferably Lviv

Responsibilities: 

• Search for and qualify leads on Upwork across multiple ICPs (ideal customer profiles). 
• Monitor the platform and track new projects and requests as they come in. 
• Manage the pipeline in the CRM: segmentation and basic reporting. 
• Monitor Upwork's algorithm and optimize the profile weekly in response. 
• Keep track of platform updates and changes. 
• Prepare and manage communication ahead of intro calls. 

Requirements: 

• Experience with Upwork — basic is fine, as long as you understand how the platform works. 
• An analytical mindset: you enjoy numbers and tracking results. 
• English — B1+ level. 
• Comfortable using AI tools in your day-to-day work. 

Nice to Have: 

• Understanding of the IT market. 
• Experience with CRM tools (pipeline management, segmentation, reporting).
