Total Rewards Specialist

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:

• Design and implement bonus programs by partnering with Heads and Functional Managers (FMs) to develop KPIs, bonus structures, payout grids, and calculation methodologies.
• Dive deep into business metrics by understanding team responsibilities and identifying meaningful performance indicators across functions, including Affiliates / Media Buying, SEO, Link Building, Product, and others.
• Own bonus calculations and audits by independently calculating bonuses based on submitted performance results, validating incentive costs against the company's actual margins, and preparing audit reports.

• Automate and build financial models by creating and maintaining complex dynamic payout models in Excel/Google Sheets, developing advanced formulas, and preparing dashboards for C-level stakeholders.

   

🛠 Requirements:

• 1–2+ years of experience in Compensation & Benefits (C&B) or People Operations within a product IT company or the Affiliate industry.
• Proven experience designing KPIs, OKRs, and bonus frameworks for both commercial and technical roles. Experience with performance metrics for traffic acquisition teams or large operational departments (e.g., call centers) is a strong advantage.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills, including building sophisticated financial and mathematical models, developing complex formulas, and integrating data from multiple sources.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify inconsistencies in calculations, confidently challenge flawed assumptions, and propose well-reasoned solutions.
• English proficiency sufficient for confident reading and self-learning, including researching global market practices and compensation benchmarks.
• High level of autonomy and proactivity, with the ability to take ownership of the entire process, from KPI design through to final bonus calculations.
