🚀 Junior / Intermediate Recruiter (Sourcer)

We are looking for an active and organized Recruiter / Sourcer to join our team, take charge of the initial candidate sourcing lifecycle, and help us attract top talent.

• Work Location: 100% Remote
• Employment Type: Full-time

📌 Key Responsibilities:

• Job Posting & Management: Draft engaging job descriptions and publish them across key platforms (job boards, Telegram channels, social media, specialized talent platforms).
• Candidate Sourcing: Actively search for relevant candidates through candidate databases, LinkedIn, Djinni, DOU, GitHub, and alternative sourcing channels.
• Resume Screening: Review and screen resumes/profiles against position requirements.
• Initial Outreach & Engagement: Conduct initial communications with candidates, assess motivation, and coordinate next interview stages.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate candidate statuses and update records in the ATS system.

🎯 Requirements:

• Good understanding of recruitment processes and modern sourcing channels.
• Active sourcing skills (Boolean Search and X-ray search techniques are a plus).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a candidate-first approach.
• High attention to detail, self-discipline, and strong time-management skills for remote work.
• Quick learner with a strong desire to grow in the recruitment field.
