Levou is a growing U.S.-based skincare e-commerce brand focused on simple routines, thoughtful ingredients, hydration, and healthy-looking skin.

Our primary market is the United States. We are looking for a creative and reliable SMM Manager / Content Creator to help us grow our presence on TikTok and Instagram through engaging content.

Responsibilities

• Create and edit TikTok videos, Instagram Reels, Stories, and social media posts
• Turn product footage, UGC videos, photos, and existing brand materials into engaging content
• Research TikTok and Instagram trends, hooks, sounds, and successful content formats
• Create content using CapCut, Canva, ChatGPT, and AI image/video tools
• Write English hooks, captions, on-screen text, and calls to action
• Build and maintain a weekly content calendar
• Publish content consistently on TikTok and Instagram
• Engage with comments and help build an active community
• Track basic performance metrics and identify which content formats perform best
• Suggest new creative ideas and content concepts
• Keep content aligned with Levou’s visual style and U.S. skincare audience
• Follow skincare advertising guidelines and avoid unsupported medical claims

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in SMM, content creation, or short-form video editing
• Portfolio with TikTok videos, Instagram Reels, or other content
• Strong understanding of hooks, storytelling, retention, trends, and platform-native editing
• Confident use of CapCut and Canva
• Experience using ChatGPT and AI tools for content creation
• Ability to write clear English captions and on-screen text
• Strong visual taste and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Reliable communication and openness to feedback

Experience with skincare, beauty, wellness, UGC, e-commerce, or U.S.-focused brands is a strong advantage.

Compensation & performance bonus

• Guaranteed monthly compensation: $400–$550, depending on experience, portfolio, and agreed responsibilities
• Additional performance bonus: up to $100 per month
• The performance bonus will be based on clearly agreed KPIs, including:
  • Consistent and timely content delivery
  • Follower count, views
  • Audience engagement
  • Creative quality and attention to detail
  • Testing new content formats and ideas
  • Improvement in content-performance metrics
  • Proactive communication and ownership

Performance expectations and baseline metrics will be established after the first 30 days. 

Compensation and responsibilities may be reviewed after the first six months based on performance.
