About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our international group of companies. This is a key role that combines strategic financial management with hands-on operational control. The Finance Manager will be responsible for banking relationships, tax compliance, client billing, payroll, budgeting, and reporting. The role involves close cooperation with the CEO and coordination with finance teams across multiple countries.
Key Responsibilities:
Banking & International Operations
- Manage relationships with 10+ international banks;
- Oversee FX operations, liquidity, and intercompany transfers.
Client Billing & Revenue Assurance
- Supervise invoicing for 50+ clients and EOR projects.
- Handle payment delays, conduct billing audits, and act as an escalation point.
- Act as an escalation point for billing concerns and lead client audit processes.
Payroll & Payments
- Manage monthly payments for 550–600 employees and contractors.
- Ensure accurate and timely salary distribution.
Tax & Compliance
- Oversee tax filings and statutory payments across jurisdictions.
Coordinate transfer pricing reporting with external consultants.
Financial Planning & Reporting
- Lead budgeting process and year-over-year analysis.
Deliver regular financial reports, P&L statements, and forecasts to the CEO.
Team Leadership & Process Improvement
- Manage and support the finance team in Ukraine
- Optimize workflows and implement new financial tools (e.g., Zoho)
- Resolve cross-departmental financial concerns and support client-facing operations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial management.
- Previous experience in international or group-level finance roles is a strong advantage.
- Strong knowledge of accounting and tax regulations, would be a plus Poland, Israel, UK, UAE
- Hands-on experience in FX, cash flow management, payroll, and client billing.
- Leadership skills with proven experience managing a team.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident English.
- Proficiency in financial systems.
- Deep understanding of best financial practices with a proven ability to design, implement, and scale efficient finance processes across multiple jurisdictions.
- Cooperate with the fractional CFO and other stakeholders to ensure alignment with company goals
As a plus:
- Experience with IPO processes
- Сertification in finance (e.g. CFA, CPA)
- Experience using AI tools for finance operations (e.g. Claude)
