Link Building / Outreach Specialist (Growth to Digital Marketing Specialist)

We're looking for a Link Building / Outreach Specialist who wants to build a long-term career in digital marketing.

This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys research, communication, and SEO, and is eager to grow beyond link building. You'll start by supporting our SEO efforts and gradually expand into broader digital marketing initiatives as your skills develop.

We have well-established processes, AI-powered workflows, and mentorship to help you learn quickly and take on more responsibility over time.

What You'll Do

During your first months, you'll focus primarily on link building and SEO support:

• Research and identify relevant websites for backlink opportunities.
• Conduct outreach to website owners, editors, and partners.
• Manage and update link-building databases and outreach pipelines.
• Support ongoing SEO initiatives and competitor research.
• Monitor backlink placements and maintain accurate reporting.

As you grow in the role, you'll gradually gain exposure to:

• Content marketing.
• Email marketing campaigns.
• Website content management.
• Market and competitor research.
• Planning and supporting marketing campaigns.

What We're Looking For

• Strong written communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Analytical mindset and curiosity.
• Ability to learn quickly and work independently.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) English or higher.
• Interest in SEO and digital marketing.
• Experience with link building and knowledge of Ahrefs/Semrush will be an advantage.
