Project Manager Operations

We are a fast-growing international FinTech company providing payment solutions to businesses across multiple markets.

As the company continues to scale, we are looking for a Project Manager Operations who will establish a structured project management function, improve execution discipline, and ensure strategic initiatives are delivered efficiently across the organization.

This role is ideal for an experienced program and project management leader who enjoys building frameworks, creating visibility, improving cross-functional collaboration, and driving execution at scale.

Role Mission

Build and lead the Project Management Office that ensures every strategic initiative across Product, Operations, Technology, Finance, Compliance, Business Development, and Support is properly planned, prioritized, executed, and delivered.

The PMO will become the central coordination function that brings structure, transparency, accountability, and execution discipline across the company.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and establish the Project Management Office (PMO) from the ground up.
• Develop project governance, methodologies, standards, and delivery frameworks.
• Create company-wide project management processes and execution standards.
• Introduce portfolio management across strategic initiatives.
• Define project prioritization frameworks together with executive leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects across Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Risk, Support, and Commercial teams.
• Ensure every strategic initiative has clear ownership, milestones, timelines, dependencies, risks, and measurable outcomes.
• Build executive dashboards and project reporting for leadership.
• Monitor project health, identify bottlenecks, risks, and delivery issues.
• Facilitate regular project reviews, steering committees, and executive updates.
• Improve communication and collaboration between departments.
• Implement and optimize project management tools (Jira, ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, or similar).
• Standardize project documentation, roadmaps, status reporting, and decision logs.
• Support organizational transformation and scaling initiatives.
• Mentor Project Managers and help develop project management capabilities across the business.
• Work closely with the CEO and executive leadership to ensure strategic initiatives are successfully delivered.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Project Management, Program Management, PMO, Operations, or Delivery.
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing complex cross-functional programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working directly with C-Level executives.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and planning skills.
• Experience implementing Jira, ClickUp, Monday.com, Asana, or similar tools.
• Strong analytical mindset.
• Experience within FinTech, Payments, SaaS, Technology, Banking, or other high-growth industries is a strong advantage.
• Fluent English.
